Jump into this cohort to learn from other student pastors around the country, and also from a team of people who have been doing it for a long time. You will learn tools and ideas to benefit your ministry, your church, and your community.
Topics will include: Essentials of a thriving multi-site student ministry, how to build a team with high trust + high accountability, creating a family strategy that sets up parents to win, mental health in youth ministry, navigating conversations about sexuality in youth ministry, and more.
This cohort comes with 5 group gatherings online, 1 personal coaching call, and will conclude with a 2-day in-person gathering in November 21 & 22 . (Travel and lodging will not be covered.)
